David Kahn, Chief Human Resources Officer

As USA’s Chief Human Resources Officer, David Kahn leads USA’s corporate human resources team and drives all aspects of hiring and onboarding administration, including development of recruiting campaigns and resources, benefits administration, and support for branch office staff and field personnel. As a top human resources executive for over three decades, David is qualified to foster the development of quality talent and to enable the continuous enhancement of services. He has driven improvements in Associate morale and engagement programs across a diverse range of businesses in order to achieve best-in-class customer service.
Before joining USA, David served as Chief Human Resources Officer of Education Corporation of America, managing the Virginia College, Golf Academy of America, Ecotech Institute, and New England College of Business brands. His accomplishments included successfully introducing a new performance management process and aligned incentive plan to better support the strategic objectives of the organization.

David’s background also includes three years as managing partner of Quotient Consulting LLC, a global management-consulting firm specializing in helping clients define and execute growth strategies, with a focus on market analysis, organization design and development, and sales effectiveness. David provided critical change management leadership at multi-billion dollar global firms, aligning functional departments to properly support business in line with strategic initiatives.

During his earlier tenure with Aramark, David held instrumental leadership roles in some of the company’s largest divisions. With an HR staff of more than 80 people responsible for human resources, talent acquisition, training, and internal communications functions, David drove best practices to achieve the effective recruitment, development and recognition of top performing teams. Prior to Aramark, David held leadership roles at Wendy’s and Yum Brands.
