Blanca Fernandez has been Deputy Director of Vance International de Mexico's (a USA affiliated company) Mexico City office since 2006 and has been with the company since 1998. She is responsible for the oversight and management of operations involving the company's full line of investigation and security consulting services. She also handles contract administration details, such as developing rates and proposals and preparing contracts and invoices. In her 14 years with Vance International de Mexico, she has been instrumental in managing and maintaining long-term business relationships with clients.
Fernandez's experience also includes the development of personnel programs, including cross training strategies for employees in all service areas. She is responsible for business development, contract negotiations, and client relationship management, with a particular focus on expatriate companies operating in Mexico. She monitors all security and related support services for compliance with client service expectations, employee labor practices and company standards.
Fernandez is bilingual in Spanish and English. She is an active member of the Overseas Security Advisory Council (OSAC) and the American Society for Industrial Security (ASIS).
