Our supplier diversity program enables us to fulfill contracts with set-asides by partnering with small disadvantaged business enterprises. We work with our customers to set and meet target supplier diversity goals, whether the goals involve diversity spend for goods or services. Suppliers are thoroughly vetted, and our policy and diverse business initiatives, along with those of our clients, are shared with suppliers at all phases of the procurement or service implementation process.
In those instances where subcontracting of services is required to meet customer diversity spend goals, the USA leadership team is actively and personally involved in all aspects of service delivery. When we align or partner with an external resource, stringent measures are taken to ensure that partner skills, capabilities, and necessary qualifications are in place and in alignment with our standards.
