Gate Pass+ enables residential communities and commercial facilities to easily implement and manage a visitor revenue collection and accounting system. The system can be set up to allow some visitor types, like homeowners and their guests, to enter without fees, while requiring other visitor types, such as contractors, to pay fees to be admitted. Fees can also be set to vary by specified criteria within a visitor type. For instance, higher fees might apply for contractors who drive heavier vehicles that produce more wear and tear on the roads. Entry and exit points are monitored by security officers, who collect fees before granting access. Gate Pass+ records transaction details for all site visitors and generates accurate reports enabling site management to compare fees charged to revenue collected.
Park+ provides a simple solution to managing parking and toll fees for parking facilities, shopping centers, roadways, ferries, and other applications. Through an easy user interface, administrators enter parking or toll fees into the Park+ system, based on flat rates, duration or other standards. Administrators can also enter credit for on-site purchases or other discount criteria such as restaurant or entertainment receipts. Drivers collect a Park+ parking pass when entering. Upon exit, the security officer scans the pass and enters any reward credits offered. Park+ then automatically calculates the fee due. System administrators can easily generate reports by shift, personnel, time period or other system data.
