U.S. Security Associates announced in August that Richard L. Wyckoff has been appointed the company's new president and chief executive officer. Wyckoff succeeds Chuck Schneider, USA's founder and long-time president and CEO. Schneider is continuing in a full-time role with the company as an active board chairman. Wyckoff reports directly to Schneider under the new management structure.
"We are pleased to have Richard on board in this key executive role," says Schneider. "With his track record of generating profitable growth, building great teams, and leveraging people and technology for outstanding customer service, I am confident he is the right person to help lead USA forward in meeting company and client goals." Wyckoff expresses enthusiasm about "joining one of the best and largest security companies in the business. I look forward to working closely with Chuck and the entire management team to make a great company that much better."
Prior to joining U.S. Security Associates, Wyckoff held executive leadership positions at C&S Wholesale Grocers, Aramark, Culbro Cor-poration and IBM. He graduated with a Bachelor's degree from Boston University and went on to become one of Harvard Business School's Baker Scholars, earning an MBA with High Distinction.
