Through candidate interviews, background checks, and classroom interaction, our hiring and training managers evaluate each individual’s communication skills, personal history, attitude, and appearance. Candidates with the essential skills and characteristics to excel as security officers in senior living communities go on to complete USA Security Academy training in security fundamentals, site specifics, and the art of customer service. Before assignment to any senior living community, USA personnel participate in safety and sensitivity training designed with the client’s needs in mind. Officers are specially trained to recognize and prevent elder abuse and fraudulent healthcare.
