After exhaustive reviews of our service delivery processes, which are supported by our
Quality Assurance System, by an independent auditor, we became the first uniformed security company to be certified ISO 9001:2000 at both our corporate headquarters and all of our field offices in December 2004. In August 2009 we then recertified for an additional 3 years under ISO 9001:2008 standards.

The International Organization for Standardization (ISO) is a network of 146 national standards institutes, with one member per country, and is headquartered in Geneva, Switzerland. ISO established ISO 9000 as a family of generic management system standards that are primarily concerned with quality management.
